Covered persons must be age 18 or older under the health plan. The Term Life benefit expires when a covered person reaches age 65.

Accidental Death Benefit1
Another option you can add to your medical insurance plan in most states is the Accidental Death benefit. This benefit provides $50,000 in coverage in the event of an accidental death for you and/or your spouse who is also a covered person under the health plan. Covered persons must be age 18 or older. This coverage expires once the covered person reaches age 65. The Accidental Death benefit can be purchased with or without the Term Life benefit.
