- Contact our Direct Sales Call Center at (800) 358-9727 to get a rate quote or contact your local broker.
- Complete a separate application for health insurance (Term Life and Accidental Death are not available).
- Send forms to Golden Rule Insurance Company.
Annual Open Enrollment- July 1 through August 14
The effective date will be the later of:
- The first day of the month following receipt of the application, or
- The date requested.
Enrollment is also allowed throughout the year.
