Centers of Excellence facilities specialize in a specific type or types of covered transplants. These facilities have agreed to provide quality care on a cost-efficient basis. Insureds are encouraged to utilize Centers of Excellence for the following transplant types:

Kidney/Liver Kidney/Pancreas Liver Lung Pancreas
