Prescription Drug Coverage

Prescription drug coverage is the level of coverage for prescription medications. Some health insurance plans pay a percentage of the costs after a deductible is met. Some health insurance plans offer a copayment per prescription drug. In some cases, the copayment may be less when a generic drug is purchased.
