Lab/X-ray

Lab/X-ray refers to laboratory tests or X-rays performed to diagnose and/or treat medical conditions. Lab tests typically include blood panels and urinalysis. X-ray services may include ultrasound, MRI, and CT scans. Screenings for prostate cancer, mammograms, and pap smears may be covered by a lab/X-ray benefit.
