  2. Complete the Georgia enrollment.
  3. Send forms to Golden Rule Insurance Company.

During an open enrollment period Golden Rule must receive the forms in January.

During a special enrollment period due to the applicant’s qualifying event, Golden Rule must receive forms and payment within 30 days of the date you notify us of a qualifying event. You must notify us within 60 days of a qualifying event.
