Trained customer service professionals are ready to answer your questions about insurance plan details, prescription drug coverage, health insurance forms and more.

Injuries happen. So do unexpected illnesses, emergency room visits and hospital stays. From time to time, you’ll need to file a health claim. We’ll work hard to process it quickly and accurately. In 2011, 94% of all our claims were processed in 10 working days or less, with a 99% benefit accuracy rate.1
